How to Request Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your YardDash account and all associated data, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at: yarddash@jundylabs.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request."
  2. Include your registered email address or Google account ID used for sign-in.
  3. Our team will verify your request and delete your data within 7 business days.

What Data is Deleted?

  • ✅ Your account profile (name, email, and login credentials).
  • ✅ All sales listings you have created.
  • ✅ Any leaderboard scores.
  • ✅ Any other personal data stored in our system.

What Data is Retained?

We may retain certain information for legal and security purposes, including:

  • 🔹 Deleted sales records (for fraud prevention, up to 30 days).
  • 🔹 Anonymized analytics data (not linked to you).
